More Twitter Poems

Life: a graceful pirouette before falling off the stage.


Time counts
its change:
newly minted day
to worn
illegible past.


Yellowstone sulphur pot.
Earth says
pull my finger.


Sleet beads fuse
cover earth
with rhinestone cape.


He skipped stones
on the river
for a lifetime
then walked across
the bridge they formed.


Each eternal soul
held down
by a stone


Rolled bill
line of coke
he wonders
which President
has snorted the most.


by one thin tablet:
five hundred books.
Ever hunting more words
loosed from their bindings.
